Villa 2 $ 75 to $ 115 per night, 5 night minimum; $500-$ 700 per week

CASITA
$145 to $200 per nite; 3 nite minimum; $950 to $1350 per week

CASA BLANCA
Villa 3&4 together $120-$165per night, 3 night minimum; $750-$ 1050 per week

Villa 4 $45-$85 per night, 3 night minimum; $300-$500 per week

CASA DEL ORO
$750-$900 per week///$1100-$2000 long term

CASA JARDIN
$350-$550 wk///$750-$1500 long term

THE PENTHOUSE
$125-$175 per night, 3 night minimum, includes A/C

All units are fully equipped and include maid service twice per week; cooks are available by arrangement. Security deposits are required, please check with us.

Deposit requirements: 50%. Cancellation refund only with 45 days notice and NO cancellation refund for December and January without 90 days notice. Balance of payment, plus security deposit, is due upon arrival in form of U.S. dollars or C.R. currency, or travelers cheques.

Arrivals must be before 6pm, unless arranged ahead of time, and departure is 11 AM.
